TUBEs: A tool to detect and enrich polyubiquitylated proteins

Selective autophagy is regulated by the ubiquitylation on the aggregated cargo proteins. LifeSensors’ TUBE (Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entity) technologies are industry-leading tools to detect and enrich/purify polyubiquitylated proteins from cell lines, tissues, and organs. LifeSensors has a number of commercially available pan-TUBEs (TUBE1 and TUBE2) and linkage selective TUBEs (so far M1K48, and K63). Both pan- and linkage-selective TUBEs come in various flavors such that they can be used in far-Western detection (FLAG, Biotin), enrichment/purification (linked to Agarose and Magnetic beads), and in vivo imaging (TAMRA, FITC) applications. For more information, please see our TUBEs page.
