LifeSensors, Inc. is a biotech company with leadership in PROTAC (protein targeting chimeras) drugs and ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS), located in Malvern, a suburb of Philadelphia PA (www.lifesensors.com).  Our customers are worldwide pharma and biotech companies. We market these technologies to academic, government, and prominent research centers as well. The candidate will learn supply chain and software tools to monitor inventories, customer relations, shipping, and handling, and will report to the Operations Manager.

 

Job Description:                  

• Build relationships with customers and distributors worldwide.


• Execute delivery of incoming orders, inquiries via website, telephone, and e-mail.


• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to have an impact on target revenue goals.


• Responds to inquiries and troubleshoots customer issues in a timely manner.


• Assist in shipping and handling of products to customers and distributors.


• Manages, maintains, and develops customer databases.


• Assist with analytics regarding developmental projects.


• Maintains and processes data on product sales.


• Must be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and a solution-oriented attitude.

• Prior experience in logistics, data-analytics, product management, sales, life science, or a customer service role is desirable.


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data-Analytics and/or Processing, Marketing, Supply Chain, Life Sciences or related degrees, or the equivalent in related work experience.


• Understanding of supply chain software, shipping, and handling.


• Familiarity with QuickBooks and sales management software is a plus.


• Experience with web-based analytics a plus.


• Experience using functions, tables, and data manipulation within spreadsheets.


• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills are required.


• Ability to multi-task and work with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.


• Highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with ability to work autonomously.


• Must be customer focused and able to respond and resolve client inquires in a timely and effective manner through verbal and digital communication.
