LifeSensors DUB assays are used to assess compound potency (inhibition or activation) with a dose response study. The DUB assays will then be applied for a selectivity study against the in-house panel of DUB enzymes from several prominent enzyme families. We also perform biophysical studies to assess target engagement, such as fluorescence thermal shift assays.
