Specifications

The UPP-Inhibitor Library contains 38 of our ubiquitin-proteasome pathway inhibitors (10 mM in DMSO) on a 96-well plate and provides a convenient way to screen your target against many well-characterized small-molecule inhibitors. See chart under “Documents” for the full list of inhibitors included on the plate. Inhibitors highlighted in red were recently added to our catalog.

• The plate contains 100 µL of each of our 32 inhibitors as a 10mM solution in DMSO
• Costar 96-well round-bottom polypropylene plate
• Columns 1 and 12 left empty
• Heat-sealed with foil cover
• Shipped frozen on dry ice
• Recommend thawing and gentle centrifugation before removing cover
