USP34 (Ubiquitin Specific Protease 34) is a member of the USP family of cysteine proteases. The Deubiquitinating action of USP34 leads to the stabilization and nuclear accumulation of AXIN1 and AXIN2 for a positive regulation of beta-catenin (CTNBB1)-mediated transcription. USP34core consists of the catalytic residues 1892-2241.
