DB501: USP2 Core

USP2 core represents the common catalytic core domain of the two isoforms of USP2 (Ubiquitin specific protease 2), USP2a and USP2b. It deubiquitinates polyubiquitinated target proteins such as MDM2, MDM4 and CCND1. USP2 plays a role in the G1/S cell-cycle progression in normal and cancer cells.
