In cases where more complete cleavage is needed the DB599 DUB cocktail offers superior cleavage.

This DUB cocktail contains an optimized combination of DUBs to be used as part of the UbiTest assay. Prior experiments with single broad-spectrum DUBs did not completely cleave all ubiquitin chains. This cocktail was designed for complete DUB digestion as part of any assay.
