DB208: Cezanne

Cezanne (OTUD7B) is a deubiquitinase that preferentially cleaves K11 ubiquitin linkages. This enzyme was also shown to cleave K48- and K63-linked ubiquitin chains in vitro. It is known to be a negative regulator of NF-kB signaling.
