LifeSensors is Partnering at BIO International Convention 2023

MALVERN, PA., May 30, 2023 — LifeSensors Inc., a Biotech and Drug Discovery Company focused on PROTACs, molecular glues, and neurodegeneration diagnostics will disclose direct methods to detect PROTAC & molecular glue mediated ubiquitination drug targets at BIO this year in Boston, MA, June 5-8, 2023. Current methods of PROTAC & Molecular Glue discovery are time consuming, irreproducible, and generate artifacts.  LifeSensors has developed high-throughput methods to directly monitor PROTAC mediated ubiquitylation and degradation of target proteins. Our technology follows the ubiquitylation patterns as well as degradation, a key distinction from other platforms. We have an established record of discovering novel small molecule molecular glues and PROTAC, as well as upholding strong expertise in biomarker identification to move programs into clinical studies. We look forward to sharing these platforms during our one-on-one biopartnering meetings at BIO.

Dates: June 5-8, 2023

Location: Boston Convention & Exhibition center, Boston, MA

Delegates: Dr. Karteek Kadimisetty, R&D Director & Isabelle Wentzel, Business Development

About LifeSensors, Inc.

LifeSensors, Inc. partners with pharma and biotech companies to help life scientists innovate in basic research, drug discovery and diagnostics. We pioneered the SUMO-fusion system to measure high quality protein expression. Our development of cutting-edge tools for the ubiquitin proteasome system (UPS) and Protein Targeting Chimeras (PROTAC) gives scientists new tools to observe and test the fundamentals of this emerging area in medicine. Poly-ubiquitin affinity matrices, Tandem Ubiquitin Binding Entities (TUBES), are changing the way scientists make discoveries in UPS and how they identify new biomarkers for neurodegeneration and drug discovery.

We are making an impact in the lives of patients through innovation and pushing the envelope with regards to novel research techniques not only in PROTAC technology, but in the growing and highly applicable areas of Molecular Glues and other technologies regarding the ubiquitin proteasome system.
