USP51 (Ubiquitin Specific Protease 51) is a member of the USP family of cysteine proteases. It contains a UBP-type Zinc-finger. USP51 is involved in regulating the DNA damage response at double-strand breaks (DSBs). The USP51core contains only the core domain of the USP51 protein.
