DB519: USP18

USP18 (Ubiquitin specific protease 18, ISG15-specific protease) is a member of the USP family of deubiquitinases and specifically removes the ubiquitin-like molecule ISG15 from conjugated proteins. It is involved in the regulation of the inflammatory response to interferon type 1.
