NEDD4
Nedd4 is an inner membrane bound HECT E3 that promotes endocytosis of sodium channels marked for degradation at FGFR1 receptors, with K63 linked ubiquitin selectivity. Nedd4 has also been shown to regulate dendritic proliferation and branching during neuronal development. It has also been experimentally demonstrated that Nedd4 is phosphorylated for activation by SRC (Parkin-like).
